Also, with us being a busy family including a toddler and 3 pets, the fact that we were able to avoid multiple showings was a dream come true. She really took that into account when getting everything set up in order for us to be as relaxed as possible through the process. To put things in better perspective, we sold our home and were moved into a new home in a total turnaround time of 1.5 months. Wow!
